Telephone screening with a recruiter, then a one-to-one with the team lead (technical), then a meeting with the VP Engineering and operations lead.
the technical aspects of the interview were informal but obviously they were looking for alignment in tech and abilities.
everyone was very courteous and professional, and laid back, during the process.

Mostly it was just general chat about tech knowledge, experience, preferences and details of previous projects.
A big part of a Transferwise interview is the culture fit, so highly recommend reading all about the mission and vision.
