I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin) in Jan 2025
Interview
So I had screening call with HR and later coding interview. Coding interview wasn't bad or hard, they are expecting you to communicate, talk and go through solution. After that I received feedback, so despite I haven't got an offer interview process felt positivey

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Wise (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2026
Interview
I had a worst experience with WISE of my entire job career. I applied through the company career page and I received a formal interview call as a screening with the recruiter. I joined the meeting as per the schedule and the recruiter didn't even come on time. She joined the meeting after some time then the original time. Even after joining she didn't even say a single word and started questioning me, I was expecting a brief intro from her and ME. But she didn't do that. As soon as I started answering the question she started her new topic of questions, she didn't wait for me to complete my answer. The worst nightmare for me because being on that 30 min call was horrible and this made me feel even if they offer me the job, I will not take it because of seeing what type of persons do they hire and How come they managed to get a place in WISE.
4 stages, recruiter call, 30 mins coding interview, 120 mins tech interview (system design and coding stage) with 2 engineers, 30 mins product interview, final interview with 2 managers/ lead. The process is about one month
5 steps of interview, not hard. Mostly same questions given here are asked. I dropped after 4th "Product" interview. They start deep dive on the system design before I finish mine.
