Worst experience ever. Extremely poor communication, poor candidate consideration. Total misunderstanding from the talent lead who wasted everyone's time in the process. After the first round, had to wait 3 weeks to get a follow-up, which was eventually cancelled a couple of hours before the interview. Shameful.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wise (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2024
Interview
A recruiter contacted me on Linkedin about the Strategist positions (Senior and Lead levels). After the initial screening, I had an interview with the hiring manager, a task with the hiring manager and another member of the Production team, and a final interview with the hiring manager and two heads of departments. Overall, the process was smooth, with clear communication between each round. The task leaned into sharing a project from a previous role, and it was good to have the hiring manager present across each interview for consistency. Although I was not selected for the final role, I received a feedback call from the Recruiter, who shared feedback on each round. I was incredibly grateful for his transparency during the process and would be open to applying for another role with a different team at Wise.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. What are your strengths and weaknesses? How do you manage difficult senior stakeholders?
