It was basic round based process with a technical test via HackerRank and Maki interview, very quick and efficient communication from the recruiter and overall it wasn’t a difficult experience. Maki people is a bit of a challenge as you may not fit well if you don’t do research on the company’s values.
The recruitment process consisted of three rounds and took approximately one month to complete. In the first round, two coding tasks of easy to medium difficulty were completed, similar to typical Stack Overflow problems. The second round focused on behavioral questions and included recording video responses. The final round involved a pair programming session, where collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills were evaluated.
It was good, and smooth. First had a hacker rank assessment test, then maki test. Data Structures and Algorithms was medium task, and a task based on API was a bit difficult for me.
