Submitted an application via their website and was invited to an initial screening with a recruiter. Rejected via generic email template with no feedback whatsoever. I have almost a decade of content design experience and over half of that has been spent in financial services.

I got through 4 out of 5 interviews. I appreciated that rather than having me do a test assignment, I was asked to do a deep dive into my portfolio. There's parity between Product Design and Content Design salaries which is rare. Overall the interviews gave me a good impression of the company
