Wise Engineering Manager interview questions

Applied through the website. Got contacted by their recruiter a week later. Scheduled an initial phone call. At the agreed time the recruiter didn't show up, messaged me 15 min later saying the problem was in a clashed meeting and re-schedule another interview the next week. On the second try we discussed some general questions and they promised to contact me in a week time on whether they are ready to proceed with my application. Never heard back from them since then, even though chased up a copule of times. Rejecting an application after the fist short interview is absolutely ok, but failure to properly schedule a meeting and inability to drop a short message afterwards doesn't seem like a good job for me
