I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin) in Nov 2021
Interview
The first Interview was throught HireView. It was quite complicated because you only have 3 minutes to answer each question. I got 5 pre-recorded questions and 4 emails from customers in writing. The emails I had 20 minutes to answer with Wise FAQ.

Question 1
These are the 5 questions for the interview powered by Hirevue:
1. Tell me what you know about the Wise mission and also the culture here. Why do they appeal to you?
2.Tell me about a time where you've gone above and beyond what's expected of you? What was the situation? What actions did you take and why?
3.I'd like to know about the time that you made a mistake. What happened? Why? And how did you fix things?
4.Tell me about a time where you received negative feedback. What happened? How did it make you feel? What did you learn from the situation?
5.Is there anything else that you'd like to tell us about yourself or anything that you may have missed in your previous answers?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin) in Oct 2021
Interview
Overall a smooth process. Took less than a month from when I submitted an application to when I received an offer.
-Applied online. Attached my CV and answered a few questions e.g Why Wise? Why are you a good candidate for this position?
-Received an email after 2 days that I passed the screening and was invited for an online exam via HireVue. Consisted of 5 video questions, responses will be recorded. Then a few sample emails you need to curate appropriate responses. Visit the links in the invitation email. Make sure you know how Wise works.
-Less than a week later, I received another email asking for my availability for the final interview. This was a zoom call with two current employees. Questions were as expected, very situational based. No reason to be nervous, interviewers are friendly and welcoming to any questions.
-After exactly a week, I received an email asking to schedule a call for my final interview feedback. The recruiter explained the company offer before sending it in email.
I feel like the interviews are designed to get to know the applicant’s personality, not necessarily their abilities. So read up on the company culture and try to align your answers to them.

Interview
The job interview process serves a twofold purpose of helping an employer determine whether you're qualified for the job you're interviewing for and helping you to decide whether your values and goals align with those of the employer.
