I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin) in Oct 2019
Interview
A week after I was referred I was sent an online assessment to show some skills related to the position. A week after that, I was asked to select a date for an online interview and the only available dates were almost a month later.
The interview itself went very well, I was interviewed by a leader of customer support and by an employee holding the same position I was applying to. They asked me questions for 45 minutes - about my previous work experiences, about what I'd do in some work situations and some weird unrelated questions also - then they allowed me to ask them questions for 15 minutes. In a couple of days after that they sent the final email.

Question 1
I do not remember specific questions but be ready to be surprised. Some of the questions do not make any sense to you during the interview but should you be accepted to work there, you will understand.

Interview
When I first applied for the position, I was sent an online test where I had to respond to three sample customer e-mails, the test also included a typing test (for speed and accuracy, I assume). Then, after about a week, I was invited to a face-to-face interview in their office in Tallinn. I was interviewed by two people doing the same job that I had applied to. The interview was a lot of fun and laid back, it felt like I was talking to two friends. There was no tension at all. The interview time was about 1h, they asked me questions for around 45 minutes and then I had enough time to ask them any questions I had about the job or the company. Two days after that I was contacted again for the final stage - a video interview with my future team leader. The interview took place on a platform called Zoom and was about 30 minutes long. This interview was a little more serious than the face-to-face interview, but there was no tension whatsoever and it still felt like a nice conversation. That interview took place on a Wednesday and by Friday I got a phone call from the recruiter offering me the job.
