I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Tallin) in Apr 2017
Interview
2 people interviewed, very relaxed atmosphere. When I asked about how they measure the success of customer service they said they are not "anal" about the results which was unprofessional. One of them said she hates serious people which again felt a bit strong. I ended up not getting the job and the letter stated it was because I seemed to want to move from CS to a different position to stay in Transferwise for
longer, that they need someone interested in CS only which was again very funny as I always thought being ambitious and wanting to stay somewhere for longer was a good thing.
