Twice, I’ve completed initial assessments , then I get to the next stage where they create an Okta account with apps for me, but offer absolutely no direction or instruction on what to do with those apps. Then when I retried submission of my general information form, it gave me a rejection message. Then welocalize staff followed up with “Unfortunately, you didn't pass our onboarding screening process, and therefore we are unable to move forward with your onboarding. We did not come to this decision lightly, but it is final.” I honestly don’t understand their process of elimination.
