Twice, I’ve completed initial assessments , then I get to the next stage where they create an Okta account with apps for me, but offer absolutely no direction or instruction on what to do with those apps. I log into okta and fill out the general information page, but encounter error message. In 2035, it thought I was using a vpn- which I wasn’t . Then when I retried submission of my general information form, it gave me a rejection message. Then welocalize staff followed up with “Unfortunately, you didn't pass our onboarding screening process, and therefore we are unable to move forward with your onboarding. We did not come to this decision lightly, but it is final.” I honestly don’t understand their process of elimination.

The whole process is simple and online. You basically go through self paced learning and complex assessments. Excellent onboarding process after you pass the entrance exam. The whole process can be finished in a few days if you’re a fast learner and have enough free time.
