Initial phone interview with HR manager to ask general questions about the cv, followed by interview in person which included an aptitude test. Was then introduced to all the team and given the opportunity to ask quesitons myself. The manager back then was great but has sadly since been replaced with less people-focussed individuals whose hiring skills leave a lot to be desired judging by the kind of people they have accepted since. Would not recommend to anyone to be honest.
