Welocalize Localization Project Manager interview questions

I had 2 interviews, 1 with HR and another one with the local office that acts as a contract provider in Argentina. I was presented with an offer (compensation and benefits) and told that I still had to undergo 1 or 2 more interviews that would be scheduled the next week. After two weeks, they emailed and said they were looking for someone with more skills and experience... the position required 2 years of experience, I have 20, I don't know how many more they needed.
