Wells Fargo Project Manager interview questions

After two rounds they said that clients are saying we also need Risk Management experience and when I said I have already shared that in my resume. So they said OK we missed that then they again Conducted interview. Once I was done with all the rounds and asked for feedback they said, you have cleared all the rounds but we don't have the budget. We have 3-4 openings so we are trying club the role and looking for a person who can fit in,in that budget. This wasn't expected coz I already shared my salary expectation and other information with the HR in initial screening itself

super long process to receive feedback but could be from the recruiter side not relaying information. Multiple rounds interviews all over the phone as standard calls with the last call being on zoom.
