Phone interview, then face to face. Phone interview was pretty basic. Face to face was more of situational questions. What would you do in certain situations or what have you done in situations.

What would you do if the customer stated they were unhappy with the service.
Panel interview with scripted situational questions. Each interviewer would take turns asking a question and other the other interviewers would ask follow up questions. Questions involved asking about different situations such as "tell me about a time when you had to influence a business partner or leader". You would have to describe the situation, what you did and what was the result.
easy, had 1 interview and 1 phone screening. The questions with hiring manager were at STAR based questions. The phone screening had a few questions but not too much. It was an easier interview but the 1:1 I was kind of nervous. Both interviews were over the phone.
