The lady on the phone interviewing me seemed unprepared. She went over the details of the job description and then proceeded to ask me my years of experience to see if it matched my resume, then asked 2-3 situational questions about customer service.

Wells Fargo’s interview process for the part-time teller role was straightforward and professional. Recruiter communicated clearly, questions focused on customer service and cash handling, experience felt very organized and timely.

1st round interview has 5 behavioral & 5 technical questions. first one talks about a walk through your resume. The 5 questions relate to financial statements and how they relate to each other along with metrics to value a company and how each metric affects the statements / purpose of them.
