Primo step tramite colloquio telefonico, ragazza HR molto giovane e simpatica, con domande di tipo conoscitivo su gli studi e sull'interesse verso l'azienda. Domanda molto rilevante in questo primo step il motivo per il quale si è deciso di candidarsi al brand

The Interview Process was quick initially. The HR was super late from the time she scheduled me to the phone interview, I had 2 phone interviews plus 2 video interviews, one with the Global CMI Director which I really enjoyed and would have loved to be part of her team, another one at 7.00 am (PCT) with the Finance Leader because he is based in Europe.
