Wella Company interview questions

Consists of three interviews: first involves background and questions about experience and the role, second a business presentation, and third, an hour group panel interview using CAR Method. You have about 10 situational questions to answer.

Interview started with introductions and questions about background, experience and about yourself. Then presentation on a pre-emailed task, questions surrounding this and then competency-based questions. Finally finishing with questions for the interviewers.
