It was such a great experience, the process was really relaxing and the interviewers were professional. However, you should prepare very well before the interview, the interviewers asked lots of behavioral questions about team management, conflicts with your team member and time management etc..
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Wayfair in Apr 2019
Interview
Phone screen with a Recruiter is the first step. I had a phone interview with a Recruiting Manager, followed by a Google Meet interview with 3 other Recruiting Managers. I received a verbal offer after 24 hours of my video interview. This is the best interview process I have ever gone through. I was very sad to decline the offer due to personal situations that unfortunately came up.
Advice to a candidate interviewing: Make sure you have your numbers and can talk metrics and data. They are HUGE on that. All questions were geared towards data, metrics, innovation and collaboration.

Question 1
Describe how you were measured in your previous job?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wayfair in Feb 2019
Interview
This technically was more of a phone screening then an interview. But I was contacted within a week by a recruiter to schedule an over the phone interview after submitting my app through Wayfair’s career site. The interview went okay. However, I was rejected two days later, probably do to not having the experience they want although I heard the Boston office is full of airhead blonds who don’t know what they are doing. Go figure! I list some interview questions for you to nail it. Yeah, I know you can :) Make sure you have a good bit of examples on how you use data metrics, this company is all about that, as well as creative ways to recruit. Good luck!
