Wayfair interview questions

Process took 8 weeks. A lot of errors with scheduling; occasionally took 2~ weeks to schedule an interview via their virtual scheduler and they had a lot of internal miscommunication, which left me in the dark. Waited for an email after my final round, I get it a few days later and was told they had actually already filled the position before my interview was held. I was then told to apply for another position I was well suited for. I was told I could skip the process and head to the final round, but they quickly changed their mind. I asked for feedback and the reasoning as to why I wasn't chosen but was ghosted. Was an arduous process. process: 1.
