Wayfair HR Manager interview questions

The interview process was fast and efficient. They made me feel comfortable by offering me a bottle of water. I met with three members of staff. Their questions ranged from my employment history to where I would like to go in the future.

Interview process was very long process, first with a recruiter, then I had to take a test and interviewed with an HR Director via video. I went to the building to be interviewed by regional HR and HR Manager. I was then asked to return for a panel interview with building managers.
