I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Had a 30 minute screening phone call with HR. A few days later, had a 30 minute interview with hiring manager. After the interview, was invited to participate in case-based interview.
Sent me a case with set of instructions. Gave me 7 days to construct a solution (code and documentation).
After case was invited for an onsite where I met with 5 different people over the course of a few hours. Spent a lot of time talking about the project I was being brought in for. Lots of solution brainstorming and explanation. It was actually a lot of phone and very interesting.

Interview
The process took about 3 weeks. I received an email from HR setting up a phone interview. The interview lasted about 25-30 minutes. Fairly straight forward asking what you know about the company and questions about background. Heard back 2 weeks later for an additional interview with an analyst. It was two parts. The first was questions about the company and how you would fit in/help out. Second was a case question that wasn't too hard but a little tricky. Asking about calculating the profit of a scenario where they gave you number of units sold and conversion rates. Brush up on accounting 101 and know profit vs revenue. Overall I think I did really well and got the case question but not on my first attempt so that's probably why I didn't get an offer.
