Wayfair Customer Service Representative interview questions

After the application I was invited on site to have a formal interview. Took about 40 mins and involved customer / agent scenarios. After the interview process I was accepted for the job the next day. Unfortunately I declined due to another offer but the process was quick and not negative.

I had a wonderful interview process with wayfair. So far everything has gone smoothly. A hiring manager called me to discuss my first interview, I had the first one over the phone, and then the second one with a recruiter as far as I knew via webcam. The people I spoke with were wonderful to me and I had a really good experience. I have been offered a job and took it because it is remote, and think it will be a good experience. I feel like wayfair is working to help people gain employment during the pandemic.
