I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Sep 2016
Interview
4 rounds:
1) phone with recruiter (~20 minutes) - Validating who I am, that I was actually in the analytics field
2) phone with member of team (30 min) - talked about what they do, asked some case questions, but fairly easy.
3) Skype with 2 people on team (1 hr) - more background questions, then gave me a document for a case, gave me 30 Minutes to prepare an answer, then walked through it
4) on-site (~4 hrs) - met with recruiter, tour of office, went to room, met with 5 people, 2, then 2, then 1. Last was director of team. First two pairs asked some case and behavioral questions. Director explained team structure and was more interested in background and how I would fit with team.
Recruiter was really on top of communicating, and decisions were made quickly.

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair in Jun 2016
Interview
Great interview, consisted of HR, Skype, and onsite interview. The interview was very case based, some math-oriented and others more business and marketing focused. Behavioral questions were pretty straightforward. The process was a bit long, but overall Wayfair was very fast in responding. Originally applied to Business analyst but was referred to business intelligence analyst. Waiting to hear back now
