I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair in Dec 2017
Interview
Fairly long process. The phone interview was booked a month in advance. Made it through to the second round which consisted of an over-the-phone interview with the BI team which included a case study. I did not receive an offer. I was disappointed with their feedback, as it was an impersonal, template rejection email. Considering the time the entire process took and the progress I made, I was expecting at least a phone call rejection notice.

Interview
First round was a phone call, some behavioural questions followed by a catalogue case study. Then invited to a Superday. Their Superday format is relatively new: tour of the office, intro presentation by the team manager, 3 interviews(a behavior, a marketing case and a more analytical coding case), and a Q&A session with current employees. Questions were not hard, but sometimes it's hard to tell what they are looking for from the questions they asked. They said they will get back within the same week but ended up getting back two weeks later.
