The whole process was just a week or so They gave an offer a few days after the interview. The interview itself was straightforward if you've had previous work experience

First round was a phone call, some behavioural questions followed by a catalogue case study. Then invited to a Superday. Their Superday format is relatively new: tour of the office, intro presentation by the team manager, 3 interviews(a behavior, a marketing case and a more analytical coding case), and a Q&A session with current employees. Questions were not hard, but sometimes it's hard to tell what they are looking for from the questions they asked. They said they will get back within the same week but ended up getting back two weeks later.
