I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in May 2016
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me and we did a phone interview. Wanted to set up an in person right away. Needed salary requirements etc. Then cancelled and kept saying to check in. Then ignored me completely. I mean, they reached out to me and wanted me to just wait around. Took another job in the meantime since they were so unresponsive.

I received a message from a recruiter about an interview so we spoke on the phone for about 30 minutes. When I asked about next steps, the recruiter said that someone would be in touch in 5-7 business days no matter what the outcome but I never heard back.
