I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Brunswick, ME) in Jun 2016
Interview
Started over the phone, worked through more than 1 in person interview to find the right role. Not adversarial at all - the interview was as straightforward as they come.

Question 1
Do you prefer a leadership role or do you prefer doing analysis for its own sake?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Feb 2017
Interview
On campus interview. One or two resume based questions then straight into a business case. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. Definitely do some research about Wayfair and e-commerce before the interview. Waiting to hear back now.

Question 1
What type of data analysis skills do you have? Why Wayfair?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Oct 2016
Interview
We were given a tour of the office, went through a quick briefing of the company functions, and then went through three rounds of interviews conducted by various employees. The first two rounds were more "technical"/case-study questions, and the last round was the typical behavioural interview.
The technical questions were similar to my first round on-campus interview: you were given a scenario, and then you had to calculate certain figures.

Question 1
The case-study questions were not too strange or hard to answer, just make sure to walk your interviewer through your thought process.
