I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Nov 2018
Interview
It was overall an enjoyable experience. The interviewer was very nice and guided me through the case questions. He also answered some questions I had about the company. Although I'm not sure why I didn't get the next round invitation, it was a good practice and learning experience.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA)
Interview
Google Hangout interview after a stats/coding challenge, had basic case interview question that lasted 30 minutes during the google hangout and the rest of it was just regular marketing questions about the pros and cons of a certain action. I was then invited to the on-site interview. Onsite interview has 2 parts, 45-min behavioral and 45-min case. The interviewers were friendly. The interviewers made me feel like I was a great candidate. I was surprised that I didnt get the offer. Overall a pretty good interview experience.
