Wayfair Associate Director interview questions

LONG process.. Took 2 months from start to finish. Call with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, interview with hiring manager on business case, the final round was 5 different interviews over the course of a week, all virtual. By the end of it, I wasn't excited about the role and wasn't upset when I didn't get the offer.

4-5 round of interviews & Case study. Answer using Star Method. Initial screening via HR then interviews conducted by hiring managers. Interviewers submit written feedback to HR and then debrief as a team upon which a decision is made whether or not to make an offer to the eligible candidate.
