I applied in-person. I interviewed at Walmart (Cleburne, TX) in Jun 2012
Interview
The manager was extremely exhausted as she had been up all night long since 2AM and it was 09:00AM the next morning. She asked me if I had any experience working with food. I gave my credentials. She said I seemed like a good candidate and could tell that I would fit in there wonderfully. The manager skipped all interviewing questions, and gave me a slip to get drug tested and that I would be getting a call from them to start very soon after the drug test results came back. It was super easy, and she was super nice.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart
