Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a co-worker or customer

All the questions were pretty general about retail work and common sense, but they keep coming back to "How do you handle an upset customer". This one question was asked and worded differently at least seven times. WalMart places a high value on customer service and wants to know that their sale associates have good people skills.
