Was contacted fairly quick via email, where I was scheduled a simple 30-minute phone interview with the Regional HR Manager.The phone interview was mostly skills-based and I was asked questions focusing around interpersonal and customer relations from past experiences. I was presented with the offer of the internship within a few days after the phone interview.

situational questions; The main part of the interview is them asking situational questions and then you answering. make sure your resume is top notch and be ready to ask questions to show you are serious about the position. They will not just ask you what your strengths are so make sure to show your strengths throughout the interview in how you answer the questions.
