They will not just ask you what your strengths are so make sure to show your strengths throughout the interview in how you answer the questions.

Conversational, interviewed by 2 people. All questions had a negative spin to them, so be sure to practice the STAR method and concluding on a positive takeaway. From what I remember, there were 5-6 questions in total.
