Walmart Assistant Manager interview questions

I have worked at Walmart for a number of years so they knew who I was. I would say that my self awareness helped me because I knew what I could bring to the table for them as a company and how my guidance of others would better the company. When answering questions they want to know how you would handle yourself in certain situations. If you have not been in that particular situation then be advised that they want you to tell them how you would handle it. They are interested in how fast you can think on your feet.
