Walmart Assistant Manager interview questions

It all depends on the store which you are coming from. I busted ass as an hourly associate in order to get an interview for assistant manager. Some stores recognize hard work and determination, some don't. Some act like upper management is an unacheivable goal. The interview process is easy, just going over competencies.

The interview consisted of many behavioral questions. I say about 10 questions. They are questions about integrity, communication, teamwork, etc. Basically it is a panel interview that is either done over the phone or in person. I believe they interview 3 or more people for the position. You just have to be a quick thinker.
