I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at WTW (Reigate, England) in Apr 2014
Interview
First, I had an interview with the HR. she asked me questions about my CV and my interest in the company. Then I received a coding challenge which I had to solve. After returning the solution I was invited to an assessment center. There I was asked questions over my solution, about coding practices and courses that I have taken. In the end I had to make a presentation about new technology(mobile, cloud, or other you decide and have to prepare in advance) that could be used in the company
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The coding problem was specific to their area(insurance) but you didn't need any previous knowledge in insurance in order to do it.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Bloomington, MN) in Mar 2011
Interview
I had two phone interviews and then went in to the Minneapolis (Bloomington) office for a half day interview. The processes consisted for four interviews with a project manager, two developers, and the team lead. Everyone was courteous and friendly. It was a junior level position, but I was a little disappointed by the lack of technical questions. I was also disappointed that I did not get any sort of response after the process even though I sent a thank you letter and inquired by email if a decision had been made. I spent more than four hours interviewing in person, so one would think that it would be common courtesy to give a simple yes or no. I have to believe that they were waiting for the "perfect" candidate as the job was still posted more than six months later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No questions stood out during the process. Almost all questions were canned/standard interview questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WTW (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2013
Interview
Approached for a .NET developer position by a recruiter who scheduled a phone interview. It was a 30 min interview with questions about my professional background and my salary expectations.
I got a call from the recruiter 1 hour later in order to proceed to the next phase of the process in which I was asked to develop an application that implements a mathematical algorithm to execute some financial mathematical calculations.
