The interview is usually three stages, with a tech test in the middle of the process. The tech test is actually quite tricky to complete, quite data focused... Algorithms, data structures and such like.
- zoom interview followed by a technical interview that wasn't clear, requirements were not explained properly
ended up doing the task then asking for more like unit testing and when i asked for me details they decided not to move forward

Question 1
Previous experience and why do you want to work for WLW
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at WTW (Banstead, England) in May 2022
Interview
First stage was mostly non-technical e.g asking about times you faced challenges or asking about your strengths. Also a couple of basic technical questions e.g SOLID.
Second stage was a take home coding task, basically a CRUD api with an angular front-end. They told me there wasn't a time limit and kind of implied how much time you spend on it is related to how much you want the job so treat it like a project you receive at work. Basically implemented everything, spent the bulk of a weekend doing it and didn't get an offer. Fair enough if that's not the level they're looking for, however am extremely disappointed with the level of feedback given they expect candidates to spend hours on a coding task and only give one sentence of feedback which provides no specifics on what they could have improved on.
Frankly, it's pretty lazy and rude and am very unhappy with the process.
