Interview
The assessment centre had a group task, a panel interview and a written exercise. Although the group task was technical, the main focus was on communication within the team, work efficiency and problem solving skills. The panel interview was relaxed and was more of a chat where they were asking about general skills, related to past experience and education but also extracurricular activities.
