      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WSP (Londres, Inglaterra) in Aug 2015

      Interview

Got an email asking if I was interested in a particular role. I was then asked to come in for an interview at the London office where I was interviewed by 2 people who were team leaders. Interviewed on a Monday, heard back the same week on Friday. Got the offer the following week and accepted. Very quick and efficient process.

I applied online. I interviewed at WSP (Sídney)

      Interview

The interview process started with an online AI video interview. Candidates were invited to complete a HireVue-style assessment where prerecorded questions were presented and responses had to be recorded using the webcam. Each question allowed a short preparation time followed by a timed response. The questions focused on behavioural experiences, motivation for the role, and interest in the energy sector. The process was straightforward and took around 20–30 minutes to complete.
