A 30 minutes F2F interview with the Vice President of the organization on site where he gave a brief background of the organization and the company as well described where they are in the organization hierarchy

Why did you apply for this role, what do you see in terms of growth opportunities in this role
I interviewed four times. First a phone interview with a recruiter, then a face to face meeting with the hiring manager and two additional executive assistants, and a final interview before receiving an offer. I applied through Volvo’s career site.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Volvo Group (Greensboro, NC) in Jan 2018
Interview
First step was a video interview which was awkward, then an in person interview, which was much more suitable and seemingly went well. I contacted them a few times via email to ask about next steps, and found out I was no longer a consideration. I felt they could have been more forthcoming than that.

Standard interview questions, strengths, weakness, work style. Felt that it went very well but did not receive an offer. The only reason I could come up with, was that it was/is my age, as the job requirements matched my skills perfectly.
