First they prefer internal consultants working in the team even though external candidates elgible for this role.
External candidates will be choosen as option for interview process(dont keep the hope even your interview went well)
No proper feedback will be given if they reject the candidates.

Simple questions based on your experience and work.
Laid back interview between myself and two members of the team. Very nice and straight forward. Talked about the position and spent time getting to know one another. We went over all the software and my experience as well.
