Application was online, called for an interview. Panel consisted of three interviewers, only one of which spoke fluent English. Typical interview questions were asked as was my experience with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel), availability based on different parts of the year. Interviewers were very passionate about their jobs and about interviewing
