Volvo Group Accountant interview questions

The interview process was short and sweet. They contacted me asking if i would go in for an interview which i attended. I then had a phone call around 2 weeks later to offer me the role.

They ask a lot of questions about details on your resume. There was also the typical questions (where do you see yourself in 5 years, etc). The panel was a mix of genders, ages, races. If the interview is short they already have someone internal in mind and are only interviewing every qualified candidate that HR requires. You will have to really blow them away if they have someone in mind. Ask a lot of questions about the company, but do your research and ask relevant questions to the business.
