Interview
There are multiple interviews from in person and over the phone. The interviews progress from onsite manager, to area director, then end with marketing director. Between each interview it will be about 3-5 days till the next step.

The ask about face to face and over the phone selling experience.
Face to face interaction. I met with the area director and marketing director of our region. We spoke about my experiences in the industry and my goals for the future.

They asked if I had worked in property management before.
It was a breeze. The recruiter was very kind and helpful. It definitely made me feel at ease to know that they knew what they were looking for and had multiple training programs/classes in place to get new hires up to speed after on-boarding.

Interview
It was a three step process.
-First was a phone interview with a corporate recruiter over the phone who asked the basic questions and gave an overview of the job and company and perks
-Second was an onsite interview with the Property Manager who described the specific property and had more detailed questions that pertained to the site i would be working at
-Third was over the phone with the Regional Sales Manager and went into some of the marketing strategies and into situational questions
