Communication of interview process was mediocre for management position. District managers seem to have biased approach during interview for external candidates. If you are looking for a selling associate position, a good company to gain exposure with but must 'climb the ropes' if you want to get anywhere.

Recruiter contacted me, and was very delightful . Had been with the brand for 17 years. After my interview I met with a district manager, and a panel of DMs to discuss my past career history. I was hired the same day.
