Victoria's Secret Store Manager interview questions

I was asked no questions pertaining to what kind of leader I am and how I run a business. When I asked questions about the companies quarterly business plan I was given no real answers, which was alarming. The majority of the interview the interviewer was texting or emailing. Which was so distracting I asked if this was a good time or if we should reschedule the interview.

Very long process. Interview with up to 3 people depending on volume of store. Once recruited, it took about two weeks to go thru entire process with phone interview, face to face and then lastly a panel of other store managers and the district manager
