Victoria's Secret interview questions

I saw an ad on Indeed.com which directed me to print the application and fax it to the store. I faxed it about 2-3 weeks ago and I got a call on Friday 12/9/11; I did a quick phone interview and was offered an interview the following Tuesday 12/13. Once I got to the store, there were about 8 other girls (some dressed appropriately in the all black, others, not so much). We waited about 20 minutes and did an impromptu interview consisting of the following questions: Why VS? What is your idea of customer service? Explain your best example of customer service? and Describe three attributes (in one word) you need to have to provide good customer service. I got a call back yesterday (12/14) and I go in for "onboarding" this Saturday (12/17).

I walked into the store asked for an application and filled it out. I brought it back and a few days later got a phone call to come in for an interview. I showed up 5 min early and they were not ready yet. They were waiting for everyone to show up. The first interview was a group interview. There were 5-6 girls that showed up and the store manager took us to the back and started to ask us questions as a group. It is extremely important if you really want the job to try and answer as many of the questions as you can. Most of the questions are "what if this happens" or "how would you handle this". You'll want to convey yourself as someone who is not afraid to speak to people and can clearly answer questions in a quick manner. It is more a test than an interview and to pass it you have to be outgoing. I rose my hand for every question, gave clear responses and included person examples from other jobs when I executed good customer service. I got called back a few days later for a one on one interview with a different manager who asked the same questions. I again gave clear answers citing instances where I demonstrated good customer service and was told after the interview that I got the job and that they'd be giving me an official call in a couple of days. Needless to say I got the job and love working there. Oh and by the way the only two people who were hired from the group interview were also the only two people who answered any questions.
