I was a campus hire. First round consist of an online objective test comprising of computer science questions and aptitude. Once you clear it , there is a GD where if you give valid points and don't shout to much you will get selected. After this there is one technical round where they mainly ask about college project and basic C ,DBMS questions and to write a letter to your manager about a technical issue and convince the manager that your solution is best. Finally a HR round consisting of puzzle and preferred location . No negotiation round as it was a campus interview.

Three rounds. One Technical, One Manager round and then the last HR. Technical Round is with a techie guy who have sound knowledge in system architecture. Manager enquired about work life balance and basic prodfessional ethic questions. HR round will get once we get succeed with the earlier rounds and its formal discussion about salary and offer.
