I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Brunswick, ME) in Jun 2014
Interview
it was fairly laid back they it started somewhat formal and as the interview went along it became much more warm. it starts as the basic first phone interview where they ask questions about your past work experience and your resume. after that you have a second phone interview where they ask questions personality based questions. there is a third interview which is the final interview is where you have a one on one with a manager on site at a verizon store and it is pretty much a recap of the first two interviews mixed with them just trying to find out if they will like you or not. if you get through all of that you will have a drug screening and a background test which if you pass you have the job.
First there is a phone interview where you will be asked about your back round and general questions about selling. You will always go over your resume at this time and talk about your sales experience. Be ready to describe situations where you were successful in making a sale.

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Verizon (Lakeville, MN)
Interview
I inquired about open positions and was immediately scheduled an interview. I was told to dress for business which was my intent in the first place but I digress. Upon arrival at the interview I was met by the manager and the interview began immediately. He asked me numerous questions regarding my previous employment and created multiple scenarios that I would be facing upon employment. I was asked about previous sales such as how I handled angry customers, how I went above and beyond for my customers, and how I saved a sale that was going poorly. He gave little to no reaction to any of my answers and essentially sat there blank faced for the majority of the interview.

Question 1
The most difficult question I faced was, "When a customer enters, what is the first thing that will enter your mind?"
