taking a simulated call center question and answer test. An automated customer scenario would be played on head phones, I would listen to it, interpret it and determine the correct way to route or respond to the customers issues or question.

Usually go thru 2 or 3 interviews. If you ar enot selected, they come up with some excuse to disqualify you even though you may be fully qualified. I previously did a previous incarnation of this same job. Went out and got the experience I was told I needed. Requirements were changed mid game, and they selected a guy who is now struggling in the role.
